F1 Insight About

F1 Insight is written by Clive Allen, a self-employed writer, born in England, raised in Africa, then back in England and now living in Massachusetts. He has watched F1 since 1962 and has a passionate love for the sport.

With a bio like that, he has to be getting on a bit; born in 1948. Three kids, one of whom, Mad, designed this blog, the others being Boogie and the Pootle.

Favorite drivers: John Surtees, Chris Amon, Nelson Piquet, Ayrton Senna and Scott Speed.

Favorite teams: Minardi, Brabham, BMW Sauber.
