In 1933 Hitler's Nazi party passed an act now known as "The Enablement Act", this act allowed them to pass any law they saw fit or to alter any law. Upon this crucial first step for nazism hung all the evil that followed; without it Hitler would not have had the complete control he wielded. It bears direct comparison with the Legislative and Regulatory Reform Bill that is presently passing through parliament.
